my apple id password is not working when I try to pair my new watch with my new iphone 15. I confirmed that this is the correct password but it still says error and won't finish pairing the watch.

I'm tying to pair my daughters new watch to her new iPhone 15. Every time I pair it to the phone, I can't connect it to my Apple ID. It keeps rejecting my password, which is correct, and I tried it on other devices.
