Your subscription is handled by Apple

How do I remove "Your subscription" is handled by Apple in Discord. I physically cannot buy nitro by any other means and it is very annoying. It only leads me to a tab that shows my already inactive and cancelled nitro subscription and says I need to wait till february the 15th. Please help.
