Screen mirror lagging
Every time I screen mirror my iPhone to my MacBook Pro and open the camera on my iPhone the screen on my MacBook starts to lag as a big delay

a 4K full motion video stream requires about 20 G bits/sec connection.
Unless you home Internet is suppling that sort of speed, it is going to lag. You have not provided enough bandwidth to do better.
