I completed the update today and my phone will no longer send picture messages to android users. I always checked the setting and everything is set up correctly. Anyone else having these issues?

Open the Settings App. Tap Messages. Make sure Send as SMS and MMS are turned on.
SMS is controlled via your carrier, so the next step is to contact your carrier to make sure you account has been provisioned correctly for SMS messaging.
