Duplicate Purchase

I bought a few things for a game for a little sibling about a month ago, I paid for it completely and moved on. Now it’s showing that I bought the same exact things again. Some of these are items that you are only allowed to buy once. I don’t live with my siblings anymore and now it’s recharging me weeks later. I was told they were subscriptions but I went back and, no they are not subscriptions. I’m being charged for something I didn’t and can’t even buy again. I can’t do anything on my device that includes any of the cards I add.
