How can I activate an inactive AppleID
Hi,
While using my MacBook Pro, a message appeared saying that my AppleID was inactive.
After more than one and a half months of trying to get active again, the only answer from the Apple agent was that the AppleID could not be activated because the license agreement was broken.
I've read the license agreement and I'm sure I haven't broken it, but Apple doesn't want to say the reason it's broken, while I'm sure I haven't broken it. I have been using this AppleID since 2008 without problems.
Now, I don't have access to the Apps I bought, or the files I stored in iCloud.
The only solution provided is to create a Time Machine backup and restore with a different AppleID, but I'm afraid it can happen again, so how can I feel confident to spend any money on new Apple products, buy Apps, or use the iCloud system, if I can lose money or documents without any explanation.
Is there any way to activate the inactive AppleID or to know which term of the licence I've violated?
