App Store Connect Cannot create a new APP

Yes we had signed into the account after a long time of inactivity... got this message no matter what we tried to enter for initial new app. Went to agreements area and although we didn't see any specific message that it was required we went into all of them and signed again.

“An error has occurred. Try again later” often means that no valid response was received from the remote server.

Apple System Status - Apple Support mentions a recent App Store outage, that should now be resolved. Could you have been caught in that?

Else please verify your internet connectivity and try restarting your devices, including your router.

We are getting same error... tried many options of basics (its first step of adding app to App Store so only a few options!) and always get this generic error.

Yep, same for us... you would think they can come up with a more creative message to let you know that haha. :)

Am encountering this same error. Where did u see the unsigned agreement??

Sorry but I don't still understand. The agreement for free apps are active but for paid apps are expired.

I have nothing to do with paid apps.

Still trying to figure out the cause of that error.
