Cancel trade in
When i send in my device, and if they revise the value, can i get it sent back then the trade in be cancelled?

Yes you can. Usually when they inspect the iPad you sent in and have a problem with value quoted. Then you should receive and email about the situation. You would be able to indicate that you want the old iPad back.
