So when my phone connects toy car by Bluetooth, it says messaging is not set up and it has said that through 3 vehicles now, so I know it is my phone and my phone is up to date what do I do?

Open Settings App on your iPhone. Tap Bluetooth. Tap your car system. Tap the little circle with i in it. Make sure Show Notifications is turned on.
