Apple Music gapless playing in Sonoma 14 non-functional

Listening to second side of the album Abbey Road by The Beatles in the 2019 Dolby Atmos mix is, in a word, painful. Excruciatingly so. Possibly the best-known, non-stop, back-to-back medleys of pop music is broken owing to . . . gaps . . . between . . . each . . . song . . . when . . . they . . . are supposed to . . . blend . . . together.

Now, I have my issues with that mix (the hand-claps in "Here Comes the Sun" are way too far in the back for my tastes), but this is not a subjective problem. When the chord of one song is still present in the next 'track,' it's beyond jarring when listened to. It's lik . . . e reading this.

Changing the 'fade between tracks' isn't going to make this go away, it'll just make the line between the songs blurry instead of things going right from one track to the next. I suppose I could change the 'File Info > Options > Stop Playing' time, but that seems wrong, as it's the time between the tracks that's the problem here.

Pretty please, can someone either fix this (Hello, 1 Apple Park Way!), or give me some sort of recommendation of how I might be able fix this myself?
