A Death date have been added to my iPhone's Calendar

I noticed there was a death date on my phone labeled my name and then death for march 10th at 6 pm repeated yearly, and it’s from my email not from any spam email list and I’m very concerned that someone added that that wasn’t me. I recently changed my google password and I just changed my Apple ID password is there something else I can do?
