No it’s not. You just pull it up differently. You get to it by clicking the flat button on the side of the watch (not the crown button).

The previous Control Center swipe-up has moved to a quick press and release of the flat oval side button
Use Control Center on Apple Watch - Apple Support
DO NOT hold the button, as that brings up Emergency services and the power off icon.
Control Center should then show you the iPhone ping icon (find my iPhone), Battery percentage, Flashlight, Water Lock, Airplane mode, Alarm silence, Theater mode, and all the other Control Center services.
An alternate way to get some of the Control Center services is:
“Hey Siri, find my iPhone”
“Hey Siri, Flashlight”
“Hey Siri, Battery”
“Hey Siri, Airplane mode”

It vibrates 1 second how do I increase the length to make it longer. It used to do like a heartbeat vibration at least as a wake up alarm. I had to restart my watch so all the questions.
Apple Watch -> Settings -> Sounds & Haptics -> Haptic Alerts [X] -> Prominent (or Default)
Those are your choices.
Ok found it but my watch is not alerting me with sound and it is not on silent mode
Okay I more thing how do I put my phone and watch on vibrate with call and text
In settings (on the watch or using the Watch App on the iPhone) go to Sounds & Haptics. Make sure Haptic Alerts is toggled on. Under that choose either Default or Prominent
