Changing PDF icons back to preview version

When I opened a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, I accidentally made all my PDF icons Adobe Acrobat icons. I've reset Preview as my default viewer but would like to change the PDF icons back to the generic icon rather than Adobe Acrobat red. Is it possible to change them all at once? I'm using Sonoma 14.11.

PS. This is my first time posting. I am using an I-MAC with Sonoma 14.11 -- not the Mac Book Pro.

Choose a PDF file that has the Adobe image

Control click it

A sub menu appears

Use the " Open with "

Choose to open in available applications available, in your case Preview

Be sure to make Preview the Default

It may or may not offer to change ALL files to Preview
