Apple Watch resting heart rate

My Apple Watch Series 3 stopped recording my resting heart rate in December. Before then it was recording it no problem and has just seemed to stop. No settings have been amended and actual heart rate is recording fine. Any ideas please?

My Apple Watch loses track of my heart rate during workout Sometimes when I workout. My heart rate is not showing in the fitness app. Sometimes with a grey dots before the heart rate shows again. I have made sure that the back of the watch is clean and that there is a snug fit. I have also made sure that all the settings are correct. Apple Watch stopped recording resting heart rate and blood oxygen since update A few days ago my watch (series 6) updated to watch os 11.4. Since then it has stopped recording resting heart rate and blood oxygen. It has been recording HR during exercise and I can do a manual blood oxygen recording but it’s not doing them otherwise. I’ve switched my watch and phone off and on but it’s not helped. Any suggestions? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
