MBP 16' MAX - 3 External Displays - One Cable Solution

I'm wondering if it's possible to have a hub/dock or monitors that can be connected to the MacBook Pro MAX 16' with just one cable.

I've got a workstation setup with 3 monitors, a Logitech MX keyboard, Logitech Superlight mouse, and some peripherals like an SD reader, USB-C cable, and an external sound card (USB A) with studio monitors. When I come home, I want to plug in just one cable and be ready to work.

Here's what I've tried:

I bought a docking station, the DELL WD22TB4 (210-BDTD). I plugged in all the USB A/USB C devices I needed, but then I had to connect one monitor to DP or HDMI, the second to Thunderbolt 4 (if I connected it to HDMI or DP, it just mirrored the first one), and the third one directly into the MBP. But then I was only getting 30Hz from Thunderbolt, which was bothering me. So, I ended up using that docking station just for USB A/USB C and one monitor. That's 3 cables to the MBP, and it's kind of annoying for me to plug/unplug, plus it doesn't look great and cost $285, which isn't cheap considering how I used it.
