Having Trouble. itunes is telling me to empty my recycling bin to update phone but my iphone 6s doesnt have a recycling bin. please help

Are you sure that it is iTunes that is showing you that message?

Perhaps the message (wherever it's from) is referring to Windows recycle bin. There should be a shortcut to it on the Window's desktop. Mine is in the top left corner of my Windows screen.

I would imagine it is telling you to empty the Windows Recycle Bin in order to free up memory on the computer. I.e. there is a lack of free space in which to download the update. See Free up drive space in Windows - Microsoft for suggestions.
