Confused about bundled subscriptions

I am subscribed to News+ that I share with another user on the same Macbook Air $16.99. My subscription to Apple Music (also shared with second user) recently expired (program cancelled by Apple). I can renew my Apple Music for $10.99 (individual) OR... subscribe to a bundle. ($22.95)

But confused on...

1) is sharing on the same MacBook "individual" or "Family"?

2) The Apple one bundle states, " Get more when you bundle. Enjoy Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Arcade and more, all at a low monthly price." It does not mention Apple New+ as being included.

So, what is my cheapest choice... to get Apple Music and keep Apple News+

Sorry if this my explanation is confusing, I am confused as well.

Thank you for your time/advice.

Ralph
