HomePod version 17.3 (21K646) won’t update
Is anyone else having trouble getting the HomePod version 17.3 (21K646) update?
I tried unplugging my HomePod and plugging it back in, without success.
Welcome any ideas. 🙂

I think I figured it out. I was using 2 HomePods as a “stereo pair” with my AppleTV. I had a Wi-Fi network with a guest Wi-Fi. Somehow one of the HomePods got onto the guest wi-fi. Not sure how that happened.
I ungrouped my speakers, removed the guest wi-fi altogether (so there is only 1 wi-fi network option now) and it seems like the update went through. I regrouped my HomePods as a ‘stereo pair’ and it now seems to be working fine.
