Hacked Apple wallet

My Apple ID was hacked and some was using my wallet on an iPhone 8. Apple called me and helped me reset everything and blocked that device from my account. However now when I try to set up my wallet it asks for my devices passcode and then it asks for the iPhone 8 passcode. I don’t know that of course and I don’t want that device allowed back into my wallet. Solution?? Thanks!

iPhone 13, iOS 17

Your first issue is Apple Support never calls you. You lost control of your devices and Wallet when you co-operated with the fraudulent actors.

Call all your credit cards and debit cards now. The number to call is on the back of the cards.

Once you’ve called the banks, call Apple at 1-800-MY-APPLE and explain what happened. Hopefully they can recover your devices.
