Inconsistent texts on Mint Mobile

I recently switched carriers to Mint Mobile from AT&T but text messages are now inconsistent among platforms (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch). Support at Mint Mobile says they only support "mobile". For example I received the text below on my iPhone yesterday, but nothing appeared on the other devices. When I replied, only that reply and her subsequent response appeared on my Mac and iPad, but not the original text.

IOS 15.6.1 This update has prevented texts between non iphones and my Iphone. Non Iphones on same carrier works, as does Iphone to Iphone regardless of carrier. I cannot communicate with emergency contact, and pharmacy texts did not come through regarding refill issues 😳 This is a very dangerous situation for myself and spouse. Tried all the “fixes”. Carriers all say it is an Apple issue. It started for us once we downloaded 15.6.1, so would recommend if you need to receive texts do not upgrade to this version!!!

18.1.1 Messaging Issues When texting to certain users on the Android platform, it automatically uses SMS rather than RCS, while other times it is strictly RCS. Updating temporarily fixes it, but it immediately reverts back afterwards. I am using a iPhone 14 Pro Max, on 18.1.1

Multiple Received SMS Texts Hello. As of a few days ago, whenever I receive a text message from an Android user, I get re-sent that same text multiple times over the course of hours… and it is not multiple notifications of the same text, it is the same text being re-sent to me multiple times, even though the sender only sent it once. It will not stop unless I do a network settings reset, but will start happening again the next time I receive a text from an Android user. I am using an iPhone 11 updated to iOS 16.3.1. Also important to note that I have done every other kind of reset/restore of my iPhone to fix this problem and nothing has worked permanently. Also also important to note that while this is happening, if I respond to the message, my contact will receive the response but if they respond to my response, it will get stuck in limbo behind their original message that I keep receiving repeatedly, and there is no way for me to get their response unless I reset network settings. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know if this is a software issue or a carrier issue? I am with Verizon, but none of my Verizon friends are having this problem, even the ones who are also using iPhone with iOS 16.3.1.
