PARENTAL CONTROLS GLITCH!!!

My son learned from classmates and showed me that by turning his phone on/off OR by swiping to his app page a number of times the screen freezes. In either case, parental controls no longer work on his phone and he has access to anything he wants. WTF APPLE??!!!! If this isn’t remedied asap, we’ll have to rid ourselves from Apple and instead purchase a BARK phone for safety purposes.

Why do parental controls keep resetting? Has anyone else noticed parental restrictions on screen times, device downtimes, and app limits keep resetting? Every few days I go in to review my kids’ phone usage and notice the downtime is back off and all limits have been erased. (I did change my passcode in case someone had figured it out). Is anything being done to fix this or is there anything I can do to keep these restrictions on and in place?

screen freezing on iPad in guided access Recently the screen on my daughter’s iPad is freezing while in guided access after a screen pops up that looks like picture cropping of some sort, but doesn’t allow you to do anything. I’ve never seen it before until this started occurring. She’s not touching anything strange to make it happen either, this screen just suddenly pops up during her game and freezes there, and the only way to make it go away is to turn guided access off (which does not remove this screen) then force a restart. I have no idea how to make it stop popping up when she is playing her games.
