familyd CPU Process not responding

I have the same familyd process showing up on Activity Monitor CPU tab as not responding on both computers - a 2020 Mac and a 14" MacBook Pro.

I've searched for key word 'family' and found an empty folder, deleted it, stopped the process on the MacBook Pro but I'm not hopeful that an empty folder caused a process to crash.

Ideas on what else I can try?
