the late 2013 Mac Pro is a dark cylinder desktop computer, about a foot tall, with no included display. It is qualified to run Monterey, but nothing later.
Do You mean the MacBook Pro notebook computer with built-in display? the early 2013 MacBook Pro is limited to MacOS 10.15 Catalina as its last update.
The late 2013 MacBook Pro is limited to MacOS 10.11 Big Sur as its last update.
