Trying to unlock my Apple Watch
I have a new phone it’s not letting me pair my watch it’s saying that my watch is locked

According to the Apple Support website, you can unlock your Apple Watch manually by entering the passcode, or set it to unlock automatically when you unlock your iPhone. To do this, you need to open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap Passcode, then turn on Unlock with iPhone. Your iPhone must be within normal Bluetooth range (about 33 feet or 10 meters) of your Apple Watch to unlock it.
If you forgot your passcode, you need to erase your Apple Watch and pair it again with your new iPhone2. You can follow the steps on this link to do that.
