I have two MBPs. One is an M1 Max and the other an M2 Pro. Universal Control would occasionally stop working for up to a minute at a time, but since the 14.3 upgrade it's disconnecting more often and for longer periods of time. Really aggravating.

This still is not fixed with 14.3.1. :-(
"Workaround" is, to keep Seetings > Display open on your host computer. When it loses connection, you only have to click on this window (not even have to open "more options") and then connection restores. Sooo annoying.
Same for me since Sonoma 14.3. Using it with my Mac Mini M2 pro and my MBP M1 Pro.
Loses connection now every 10 or 20 Minutes or so for a short while.
I upgraded both my personal macbook and work macbook yesterday. Work is fine but my personal loses connection like ever few minutes...incredibly frustrating.
Has anyone found a fix yet??
Same here with Mac Studio M2 Max via ethernet and a MacBook Pro 14" M3, same things few weeks ago with my MacBook Air M2. It happens since Sonoma if I remember correctly.
Universal Control works only intermittently after upgrading to Sonoma 14.3
