Any of the few existing methods only work with Intel devices.

Neither the `powermetrics` nor the `systemstats` tool is able to show any useful information about the thermal temperature of this laptop. I can tell that the chassis is very hot, as there's a compilation ongoing on a FreeBSD aarch64 VM inside of Virtualbox. The VM has 6 vCPUs assigned to it. There is no noticeable fan noise. Although I have apple care warranty, I would still like to be able to tell if/when the system is operating correctly or not, and how it's managing the different tasks/scenarios for my use-case.
