I recently joined my parents' icloud+ storage plan. I previously had my own icloud plan which was 50gb/month and charged me $0.99/month. After joining my parents' icloud+ plan, there is no where to cancel my previous plan, and I keep getting charged every month. I have looked up how to do this, but there are no clear instructions. How do I cancel my previous icloud plan??
It should have cancelled automatically when you switched to the shared plan. See the following from Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support
If a family member is already paying for their own iCloud+ plan, they can choose to switch to your plan or keep their own and still remain part of the family. When they switch to the shared family plan, they get a refund for the remainder of their personal plan. They can't keep their current plan and use the shared family plan at the same time.
