That is not the first, tenth, or even the one-hundredth thing I would do if my computer were "acting strange." What do you mean by "acting strange"? What, specifically, is happening that seems odd to you?

I would suggest you start by downloading and running etrecheck and posting the results here:

Great question

failed to initialize SUMACcontroller was the main one I kept asking apple techs about. all said they never heard of it

Just seems like A LOT going on. In the beginning I found a VERY suspect Javascript file that I was only able to get a paper copy of and I think things would make more sense to you if you seen it. I don't think its actually off when I go through shutdown because two hours later I literally hit the power button and turn around to the TV and its at logon. I estimate the boot time(if its actually booting)in the 2-2.5 seconds range. This thing NEVER booted that fast when I bought it.

Everytime its reloaded, even by apple genius bar. It has SIGNIFicant directory access. Not to mention DOD NOC ips connected to it when running netstat last night. How about the tone changing to twice as loud on every reload. How about booting to logon screen from a "SEEMINGLY" shutdown state in 2.5 seconds or under? I could go on and on AND ON . But Ill post the directory access video to youtube now. It also ALWAYS has a VMWARE volume or partition after running system recovery. It will sometimes let me load apps but never let me remove them. and going into directory utility is how I found access to a mess of data. POSTING screenshot of it running two virtual bluetooth adapters off one physical controller.

Unfortunately we cannot see your machine or device, much less read your mind, so any help we can give is limited to whatever information you provide. So we need a full description of the issue, including the apps you're referring to, the devices you're on, the OSes they are running, the description of the issue, any error messages you get, the history of the device and the issue and any attempts you have made to solve the issue, and where they have failed. Add to that anything else you may think relevant and we can then try assist you. We have no way of knowing what you call the "DEEP END".

First video shows a simple power strip LED blinking then going completely dark. Several of my power strips in the house do this. During one of the reloads of OS Sonoma attempting to get it into the recovery mode, the LED went ORANGE to WHITE to ORANGE back to white. I have that content too. LATEST video shows the directory access which the first three apple support techs said was fine and why was I going in there. I have a network background from the late 90's. I got out of IT because of the stress but I still know have directory rights IS FAR FAR FAR from normal. SO are all the install log entries, and system log entries. Multiple times I have tried to send them to apple from the app. It NEVER lets me , and always bombs.

Yup you answered that question. I appreciate that but that was just to get the ball rolling, I want this content Ive gathered over this two month battle made public. Especially when all ive mostly received from Apple was ...ummmm..uhhh I don't know ummmm uhhhhh ive never heard of that, ummm uhhhh thats NORMAL. I know the power supply in my Mini was originally and APPLE ALImention PS from Europe. Ive opened it up to find multiple caulked reinforcements that no other picture of that PS internally shows.

Let me ask the real question. Your computer is clearly acting strange to say the least. You run netstat and decide to WHOIS a couple IP's. One of them just has a name, a state and zip in ARIN and that is it, nothing else. You decide to google the strange name in Arin. Google says its a Department of Defense Network operations center in Arizona. Would you be concerned, when 10 days prior running netstat produced over 120 unique IPv4 WAN addresses connected to your machine with a lot of them registered in Europe. Would you be concerned?

Thank You,

Ive tried several times to send logs and reports out of activity monitor and console to Apple and it always bombs. I will do that and let post results when I have time. Main issue lately is the being connected to directory permissions on any built in app or app I load. Will let me install but wont let me remove. I drag to trash and it just bounces back out. On accident trying to open directory utility app, I opened finder and clicked in the search function and started typing directory. I stopped at the end of the word when finder loaded over 1400 folders of frameworks, Firmware, scripting files, drivers, images , volumes, boot folders, IObootkit.

That's normal.

I didn't suggest you send logs to Apple. I suggested that you post an etrecheck report here, in this user-to-user forum.

I agree about the modern OS part and I will admit that I am not familiar with MAC. Ahh the JS that started it all. Changes were happening to my account. Made more than 8 password changes and still had trouble. Through a wing and a prayer I was able to catch just a sliver of this things DNA. Many times the file would change icon disguise, extension, size etc. I believe the JS was almost creating a authentication hijack within the cloud. Ya know just everyday normal stuff , no big deal , pulling Auth in the cloud from whereever it could. Just the largest user database probably in the world. But thats normal stuff right, nothing weird or suspect. Just using every graphic it can to make it look totally login legit but stealing your auth. Run of the mill normal stuff I guess in the MAC world. Im being sarcastic of course and Im nobody that knows a little DNS, a little file location mumbo jumbo and I just get feelings. Intuition is my strong suit. Posted are photos of the JS which folder is named 2402hotfix26 -2024year of the dragon hot fix till 2026. Cryptologist I maybe could be. Uplaods of JS Later
