Different phone number?
My phone num bee is changed. I cannot receive any verification code

Go to Settings > [name on top] > Password & Security > Trusted Phone Number, and you can change it there.
If you have forgotten your Password, you will not be able to change the number until you gain access to your account. Since it appears you are not able to use the first 2 options to reset your password from the link viewed on the top of this page, then you can only use the last option using the iforgot website. This option is called Account Recovery and more information is available here.
