My phone needs to be fixed HELP

I have an Iphone 14 plus and for some reason my parents were playing in settings and somehow restricted my cellular data / mobile data and idk how to fix it can someone help. I tried using the internet but I dont think they understand. Please someone help im just a teenage gurl

Why uninstalled apps are consuming lots of mobile data on iPhone? I have recently set up my daughter’s phone with a sim. She has had it for one day, and in that day, ‘uninstalled apps’ has consumed 755Mb of her mobile data. There is no way to switch off the data usage of these apps and why are they even consuming data in the first place? I have seen forum answers saying “this is the accumulation of data over time, just reset the stats and it won’t climb”. This is incorrect. The data usage has only been for 24 hours as it didn’t have a sim previously. It’s now consumed a 3rd of her allotted data in one hour which is not acceptable. How do I stop it from doing this??! Go into the Settings app and turn the features back on.
