I have new iPhone 15. I understand there is a eSIM card. Please advise me what I should o when I live evenly between US and France

What do I need to do to set new IPhone 15 Pro Max with eSIM card? I live in US and France.

iPhone XS Max, iOS 12

You would need to contact your cellular / mobile service provider in both countries and have them issue you an eSim for use in your iPhone 15. They will either need to set it up themselves or provide a QR code or link or other instructions to add the eSim card to the iPhone in Settings ➜ Cellular / Mobile ➜ Add eSim.


When traveling internationally, you can change the eSim being used to the one for the country you are in, and turn off the other one to avoid roaming charges.
