HomePod Mini stuck in configuring mode

Hello my HomePod mini is no longer working as it should. I can no longer handoff my music from my iPhone or iPad I can set timers or alarms. My home app shows me that the HomePod mini is constantly configuring. I have followed previous advice to reset yet still have this issue. It’s been 3 days now. Any help would be appreciated
