Fitness rings on my apple watch

Hi,

Just here recently my apple watch has been messing up my fitness rings. I recently had 895 closed move rings and i was on my way to having a perfect month of January 2024. Honestly I cant remember the last time I didnt closed all three of my rings which I am very proud of. I tried fixing the issue myself be resetting my watch and phone but it just keeps erasing the data and it is becoming very frustrating trying to fix. I definitely do not want to start over. Is there a way I can fix my rings without doing further damage? Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

Did you already contact the official Apple Support about that and ask them to look into your personal data?

You can use this link as a start:

Apple Watch Support

Unpairing your Apple Watch may also bring your data back, if it is still available on your Fitness App and in the Health data for your Apple ID, which the official Apple Support should be able to find by checking your personal data from their side.

Your watch will be backed up by your iPhone before it is getting erased. You can use this backup to restore the data after you paired the watch again to your iPhone.
