Blocking my number from showing when I make calls

Who is your carrier? If it's Verizon or one of the budget carriers that uses Verizon's network, you won't see those options. Instead, you'll need to dial the shortcode *67 before dialing the number.

Report the issue to your phone carrier that is their feature.
