When you set the Screen Time Passcode, you are given an option to be able to reset it with your Apple ID/Password. If you choose to skip that step, you will then get another warning message asking you if you are sure you want to proceed without being able to reset it with your Apple ID/Password. Hopefully you did not skip this step and you will be able to reset it with the link provided by Limnos.
