macOS Sonoma 14.3 Breaks Encryption in Outlook 2021

Everything worked fine with Sonoma 14.2 and 14.2.1. Afterward Safari is fine (Not related to this.) and MS Outlook (v 16.18.1) works, BUT now it can't decrypt encrypted emails. It can send encrypted emails. Deleting, cleaning up and reinstalling full Office suite does not fix this issue.

Error shows:

"This message can't be decrypted because your private key is not valid or is missing from this computer"

This Smartcard reader fix for other Sonoma issues has no impact on this, setting the use of old IDs to 1 or 0

• sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security.smartcard useIFDCCID -bool yes

P.S. yes, my key is valid till 2025, and this worked the months before I upgraded to 14.3.
