my I phone 12 has a new battery less than a week old purchased from apple. have a support.apple.com/iphone/restore on my screen? I don’t have a computer only a I pad which I’m using to communicate

Unfortunately, you're going to need a computer to do that. If you got the battery replaced by Apple, you should take the phone back to them and have them sort it out.
