The recent update for my IPhone includes wallpaper which takes up storage. Would it be possible to either disable unnecessary/unwanted wallpapers I.e. or disable/stop the ads/potential upgrades of more storage?

The amount of space taken up by wallpaper is minuscule. Delivered wallpaper cannot be removed.
The size of the file HAS size and is in no way needed/necessary only serves to either aesthetically enhance a device or potentially make an empty statement by a corporate entity. I might download it as an option on an apple sight but pushing it on users is in my opinion bad policy.
