Sutton Bank is the bank that issues the Cash App debit card. The balance should be reflected in your Cash App balance. If it’s not, contact the support team at Cash App.

Cash App is Sutton Bank. Cash App is run by Square, also known as Block. These companies are not banks, they are called FinTechs. Fintechs are not banks and cannot issue debit cards or credit cards. Federal banking regulations prohibit it.

When you send and receive funds using Cash App, your funds are going in and out of Sutton Bank.

If the funds aren’t in the account yet, did you do the free transfer or instant transfer that charges you 1.75%?
