Airpods engraving

Hello! I bought my new apple airpods from Apple like 2 weeks ago at Apple but forgot to ask about engraving. Is it possible that i could still get my airpods engraved? Or is it only available by ordering online or only when you buy them at store? I do want to make my airpods special :( Thank you and have a nice day!
