Normal Insta call is getting treated as Video call

im experiencing an issue with Instagram Audio only call. Even though it’s not a video call insta on iPhone is getting treated as a video call. Hence it doesn’t allow taking pictures to share in the chat while talking. I have to open the camera app , click a pic and then come back to insta call and share. This is little troublesome. Please suggest if there is a fix

Not an Apple issue, as Instagram isn't an Apple app. Report it to Meta.
