iCloud Passwords kicking me out every time I want to access it

Hello guys. This has been happening I think since I went into public beta testing. I am currently on 14.3 and it's still happening. When I click on the Passwords menu item, it appears for 1 sec and then kicks me into Appearance. This behaviour is demonstrated in this video: https://streamable.com/k8yzx1

iCloud immediately signing out I'm trying to sign in to iCloud on my Windows laptop. It accepts my password and immediately loops me back to the sign in page. I've tried this in Firebox and Chrome. Anyone else figure out how to stop this loop?

No passwords in iCloud Password App My iCloud keywords are suddenly not present anymore in the iCloud Password App in Windows. I have reinstalled iCloud for Windows and the extension in Edge, not to mention multiple restards. No software updates are pending. Strangely, the passwords are OK on another PC running Windows 11. Any advice (please)?
