I need to reset my account balance to change region
I need to change my region but I have 4 cents in my balance. I would like to clear they so I can change my region. Thanks

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
