My Apple watch is definitely causing pain on and in my left wrist

I have worn my Apple watch for close to 2 years. About 3 months ago I started getting pain in and on my left wrist and it radiated up towards my elbow. It was a peculiar pain. My skin burned and it ached deep inside. I never thought it could be my Apple watch. I would often take my Apple watch off ( reluctantly ) and the pain would slowly go away after a week or so. Then after putting my Apple watch back on, the pain would return quicker and to a higher degree. It is the Apple watch, that I do know for sure. I would like to know why does this happen to some people and not others?

Some people have higher sensitivity to various things (nerve issues, skin issues, allergies to materials, etc) and wearables will expose that. You would need to go to your doctor to try and pinpoint what your sensitivities may be and go from there. But as it stands, you absolutely need to stop wearing your Apple Watch until you can pinpoint what is happening to you and are advised of your best options.
