I am suddenly unable to send or receive emails via the iCloud server. I have made no changes to any settings. The problem occurs both on my iPhone and my MacBook. When I try to send a message, I am confronted with this pop-up:
Can someone suggest what I can do to fix this?

Thank you for the speedy reply. I started to wonder if something was amiss because I couldn't access anything related to iCloud. It's nice to know that I'm not crazy or, failing that, not the only crazy one...
There seems to be an iCloud outage at the moment, I don’t think anyone is able to get onto iCloud. I have several other Apple users in my house and we all have the same problem. I have checked the system stays for iCloud and there is a big Red Cross ❌ next to iCloud so it is on apples end not yours. I’m hoping it is up soon as I have time sensitive emails to get to.
