Netflix dubbing wonky

I watched an entire foreign series on Netflix on one of my Apple TVs and set up my mom to watch on my account in a different room on another of my Apple TVs and I cannot get it to go to dubbing. I’ve looked up how to do it, tried in-app and even in Apple TV settings, but the subtitles will not stop which I believe to be the problem. I’ve turned them off everywhere yet they will not stop.

I deleted the app and reinstalled but nothing changed. Thoughts?
