What if they can't make my prescription lenses for the Apple Vision Pro?

What if they can't make my prescription lenses for the vision pro, what options do I have? Should I use reading lenses or no lenses at all?

We are all Apple users, like yourself in the community, so unless an optical expert comes forth with a general answer, it is likely an individual choice, or you consult with your eye specialist who knows your individual vision needs. You can get help from Apple's "shopping help" 1‑800‑MY‑APPLE (1-800-692-7753). (or from Zeiss when ordering).

Apple support's "Related article" above your question:

Eg: says: "Apple Vision Pro supports a wide range of vision prescription and vision condition needs.

Certain prescription needs and conditions may impact the viewing experience.

Learn about your options if you use prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses, if you have certain vision conditions, or if you've had vision correction surgery."

There are FAQ's online at the bottom of the Vision Pro Order webpage: Buy Apple Vision Pro - Apple

Eg: One FAQ says:

"When you order Apple Vision Pro, we’ll ask you a series of vision questions. Your answers will determine whether or not you need optical inserts. Generally speaking, if you don’t wear any vision correction options, you likely won’t need ZEISS Optical Inserts. The same is true if you wear soft contact lenses to correct your distance vision since Apple Vision Pro works well with most soft contact lenses".

NB: ZEISS will only accept vision prescriptions written by U.S. eye-care professionals

and will only ship to U.S. locations.

All the best :-)
