Cannot watch Apple TV+ on actual TV

I recently signed up to Apple TV+ and literally cannot watch it on a TV. The entire Apple TV+ experience is terrible.

1. There is no Apple TV+ app for my Samsung TV. This may be because the TV is 6 years old and they haven't bothered to create an app that supports a TV this "old".
2. I cannot cast to the TV using Chrome Cast. Apple TV+ does not seem to provide a Cast option.
3. I can cast the entire browser window to the TV, but it is too stuttery to watch.
4. I cannot cast using an app from my Android phone. There seems to be no Apple TV+ Android App, at least in my region.

Add to this the following issues, too (when watching on my MacBook):

• Constantly asks what region you're in. If you miss this pop up at the top of the page it will prompt you to create a new account, even though you're already signed in.
• Forgets where you last left off a video.
• Sound disappears occasionally.
• Can't seem to be logged into 2 devices at the same time.
• Spacebar for pause actually minimises the screen.
• Skip Into/Recap button there sometimes, not other times.
