iPhone 13 not charging after iOS 17.3 upgrade

My phone has stopped charging with lightning cable although works completely fine with wireless charger. This happened after upgrading to latest iOS 17.3.

I took it to Genius Bar and noticed that it works with 30W brick and not the 20W brick which I have been using since last 2 years.
