iOS 17.3 no notifications for Instagram and Facebook Messenger

I updated to 17.3 and I'm not getting notification banners for Facebook messenger or Instagram? Is this happening to anyone?

Fb messenger notifications not working Since updating to ios 15 on my 8plus I no longer fb messenger notifications. I have enabled notifications in settings. All other notifications for other apps work.

I’m not getting push notifications for comments and tags. I’m getting messenger and instagram just not Facebook. I would get one if I installed and reinstalled the app. But that’s it.
